Psychology Supervision and Training
Supervision grounded in practice, not just theory.
Supervision grounded in practice, not just theory.
For over ten years, PsychPD has supported psychologists, social workers, and other mental health professionals in developing their skills and clinical knowledge.

Supervision depends on a collaborative working relationship between the supervisor and supervisee, where learning and reflection may be fostered. We believe both parties are responsible for working together to build a professional relationship in the service of the supervisee’s learning and best practice. Accountability and transparency underpin good professional practice.
Psychologist supervision ought to provide opportunities to expand a professional’s skill acquisition and application, as well as develop their theoretical understanding.

The needs of supervisees vary throughout their career. At PsychPD, we regularly review the needs of supervisees to ensure that they are matched to the supervisor’s skills, knowledge and style.
